Limited Dental Warranty
If you keep to our prescribed regular recare appointments (minimum
every 6 months), we will warranty our work for a full replacement if
anything fails within a one-year period. If your restoration fails
between 2-5 years, we will warranty 50% of the fee spent towards a
replacement. This warranty does not cover accidents that cause
damage to the teeth or dental prosthesis.
YOU MUST KEEP THE PRESCRIBED REGULAR RECARE APPOINTMENTS
(MINIMUM EVERY 6 MONTHS) OR THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID.
Recare Visit Help us help you maintain your teeth for a lifetime. Once the basic portion of your dentistry is completed, we will schedule recall appointments for your periodic dental cleanings and examinations at regular intervals. The time between appointments will vary depending upon your individual care requirements. The long-term success of the dental treatment we provide for you depends upon the home care of your teeth and gums, regular professional cleanings, exams and fluoride treatments. |
